Tote Bag: Celtic Dragon

A beautiful cotton tote bag made by hand in India. The pattern is printed on both sides, and may come an assortment of colors. Size of bag without handles is 18 inches by 18 inches. The handle loop is about 16 inches tall and fits easily over a shoulder.
